We want to make you happy with your purchase from Lymphafrica.co.za. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your order.
To return a product, please call +27 79 849 9258 to discuss your issue or complaint about the product that you want to return or exchange. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number. Returns submitted without a return authorization are not eligible for a refund, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to have unauthorized returns sent back to them.
Some products are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase although restrictions apply if garments are worn as outlined below.
Bandages, foams, padding and other bandaging materials may only be returned if in clean, new, unused, unopened, re-sellable condition.
Compression products, including stockings, socks. arm sleeves, gauntlets, and gloves can be returned within 30 days even if worn. Garments must be washed prior to returning or a R100 cleaning fee will be charged.
Alternative compression products including pad, night time garments, wraps and bandaging liners can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase but cannot be worn (may be tried on briefly for size). Must be returned clean and in original packaging.
Special order items including custom dyed colours cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Shipping/Freight charges are non-refundable and return freight is the responsibility of the customer except for manufacturing defective products.
Items that are refused or returned to sender will be charged the original shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee.
Orders may only be cancelled by telephone and cannot be cancelled after they have shipped.
Shipping is not refunded on returns.
Refunds are not approved when products:
1) Not Returned in original package or original package is damaged
2) Item is worn (we compare the product to a new product and its original size to see if it is stretched out, if item smells of cologne or body odours,
3) If there is damage to the garment or item.
4) Custom items or alterations on Garments are non-returnable
5) Garments that are panties are non-returnable.
We do not pay for shipping to alter and re-size items. This needs to be paid by person requesting alterations. Custom is Non-Returnable.
We will send a return label when we have shipped the wrong item, just email us and we can send a return label by email.
Please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please track your returns we are not responsible for lost mail.

Damaged or Defective garments:
We suggest you wear rubber gloves when putting on your garments. This will help avoid accidental tears, snags, runs or holes in the garment. Human error are not considered defects and will not qualify for return or store credit. With hosiery, compression stockings and compression leggings it is easy to put a hole in the garment or snag it with a fingernail. It is most important to use rubber gloves when donning and trying on the garment.
If the garments has a manufacturer’s defect, we ask that you first return the garment to us for inspection. Follow the instructions above for requesting a Return Authorization Number. Once the garment has been inspected and determined to be defective, we will send a replacement garment.
Changes & Cancellations
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to address listed above.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (we do send return labels when we have made a mistake in the shipping the wrong product).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
