Xpandasox, originally designed for plus-size, wide and athletic calves, features a stretchy, sewn-in expandable panel and stretches over 60 centimeters. Ideal for accommodating people with Lymphoedema, Lipoedema and other conditions that cause leg swelling. It can be worn over velcro wraps, bandaging treatments and compression garments.
