The firm material provides a high working pressure which maintains the reduced swelling achieved during the decongestive phase. Flat knit compression gauntlets provide excellent containment and are primarily used during maintenance therapy in cases of Lymphoedema, Lipoedema, Post-traumatic and Post-operative oedemas.
